Quiet while being close to the entertainment of Trinidad and Carnac. Immediate access to the beach for this bright duplex apartment, with beautiful living room open to large balcony facing south. Ideal for family holidays, this apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator, is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed, the other with 4 beds (1 double bed and 2 bunk beds). 1 quick-opening sofa (Rapido system) for 2 people is also available in the living room. l'appartement est très bien équipé et situé et même si nous n'avons pas rencontré Mr Marmin pour des raisons de timing , celui ci nous a fait totalement confiance. La vue est superbe sur une plage tranquille , le sentier du littoral part au pied de l'immeuble . Nous revenons rarement au même endroit mais pourquoi pas cette fois .

Copropriété bien située face à une plage au calme. Le propriétaire est sympathique. Ideal pour se reposer hors saison ou promener son chien sur la plage et les alentours. L'appartement est agréable en duplex et il y a possibilité de mettre ses codes netflix sur la télé. Les moins : 1) anciens radiateurs pas adaptés à des températures en dessous de zéro degré. 2) la borne wifi est en fait un répétiteur 4G. Pas idéal pour télétravailler. Mais dans l'ensemble bon séjour et appartement très bien situé.

très agréables vacances en bordure de plage, la vue est splendide, l environnement parfait, le contact avec le propriétaire excellent. L'appartement est sympathique, bien placé, manque un petit peu de fraîcheur dans les ouvertures, ce n est pas important car nous prévoyons y retourner .

Repas quotidiens sur la terrasse face à la mer,bains 2 fois par jour,jogging sur sentier côtier et surtout un excellent et agréable accueil par le propriétaire, avecforte envie de revenir

Cet appartement en duplex donnant sur un parc arboré et la mer à deux pas, lumineux et calme, bien équipé, nous a apporté calme et détente et nous a permis de découvrir les environs de Vannes et le Golfe du Morbilhan. Nous y avons été fort bien accueilli par le propriétaire, la procédure d'arrivée comme de départ étant parfaitement bien organisée. Merci pour ces vacances !

Nos vacances ont commencé avec un excellent accueil dans la location et une jolie attention de la part des propriétaires. Le logement est grand et en duplex ce qui est très agréable. Tout y est : propreté, équipements, wifi, literie très agréable, une très belle vue et la plage à proximité ce qui est parfait pour des vacances avec enfants (baignade, ballades sur la côte, jeux sur la plage, pêche....). L’immeuble est situé dans un endroit paisible. Pour résumer, c’était superbe et nous reviendrons! Encore merci à vous et à très bientôt

De retour pour la deuxième année consécutive, nous avons retrouvé nos marques dans cet appartement situé face a la plage (vue dégagée depuis le bacon) et non loin des commerces en voiture (village a 3 min, Intermarché a 7 min). Le logement est totalement équipé et parfaitement fonctionnel pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Nous apprécions les lieux pour leur tranquillité et l'environnement préservé qu'ils offrent. Les activités de plein air sont particulièrement appréciables: ballade sur les sentiers côtiers, baignade (plage a 100m), activités nautiques, visite des alignements de Carnac. Idéal pour un séjour en famille en toute simplicité !

Couple avec un enfant, nous avons passe une excellente semaine dans cet appartement. Il est très bien agence et la piece a vivre est très agréable, repas sur le balcon au soleil ou sous le parasol, sans oublier la touche de deco du propriétaire qui est de bon gout ! Place parking en bas de la residence, acces direct a la plage, nous reviendrons !

La location est conforme à la description du site. La plage est à moins de 50m, ce qui est très appréciable. Le logement est grand et propre. L'accueil a été très sympatique. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.
