Currently, the residential complex does not offer food or beverage services. Therefore, guests are encouraged to shop for groceries during their stay or plan to go out and enjoy the dining options available in the surrounding area. Supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment for your convenience. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your own meals.

Visitors and unregistered guests are not allowed.
All guests must present government-issued identification for entry.
If minors are staying without their parents, they must present a notarized permission slip signed by their parents.
