Wake up every morning to stunning views of the crystal lagoon from the comfort of this cozy top-floor apartment in Cartagena, with spacious balconies and high ceilings. Enjoy a white sand beach and crystal-clear waters, jacuzzis, pool, beach club, and nautical activities among others. Located in Baia Kristal, minutes away from restaurants, airport, beaches, and Cartagena’s historic downtown.
NOTE: Apartment is 100% ready & common areas mostly available, but condo is still under construction.

Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 2: 1 full size bed + 1 full size trundle bed
Living room: sofa-bed + 1 twin size trundle bed
Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms
Balcony: 1 spacious balcony with dinning table for 6 people, accesible from main room and living room. 1 additional balcony accesible from bedroom #2, with chairs and small table.
Laundry room: washing and dryer machine available.
Parking: 1 designated parking spot.
Guest Access:
Guest has access to the entire apartment, with private balconies.
Access to the Cristal Lagoon and the beach Club Kabo that includes, jacuzzis, lounge area and pool.
Other Details to Note:
Valid identification must be provided before check-in for every guest.
Please note: There is a security camera located on front door and on the balcony facing the lagoon for safety and monitoring purposes
Kind reminder: Although the Baia Kristal condominium is still under construction, the apartment is fully finished and ready for you to enjoy. Feel free to explore the stunning cristal lagoon and try out activities like paddle boarding.
Construction hours are Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00pm, and Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

My stay was emmaculant! Angela helped me maneuver with all of my questions and was a very fun host.The apartment had almost every amenity I could want.The lagoon and jacuzzi is to die for.The building is very quiet and you don’t have mosey neighbors.Its in the perfect neighborhood not to far from the city.All in all my stay was perfect I will be visiting again soon!
