Sleeping six, 17 St Elmo Court is an exquisitely furnished first floor apartment, presented to the highest standard within a short walk of North Sands Beach. The open-plan lounge / dining room is light and spacious with high ceilings, and sliding windows to a balcony with outdoor furniture. Fully fitted kitchen. Three bedrooms in all, including a master double with en suite. Outside, St Elmo residents enjoy exclusive use of an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from May to late September). Close to sandy beaches, 17 St Elmo Court is fantastic for a coastal family break. Repainting of the railings will begin Monday 7th October 2024 and is expected to take a week.

St Elmo residents enjoy exclusive use of a superb, private outdoor heated swimming pool which is available from early May to late September each year.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port. There are two pretty beaches within a short distance, North Sands and South Sands and further on is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe you must take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking, including the South West Coast path.
