This spacious, elegant home is 6.5 miles from Costco in Meridian and 20 min from the Boise Airport. This house is set up to accommodate large groups. Rates are based on 12 guests, add $20/night/guest up to 26. The additional guest charge applies to the entire duration of your booking, i.e. if you are booked for 5 nights, the additional guest charge applies to 5 nights, even if someone only sleeps there for 3 nights. Please book with your best estimate for headcount - you will have a chance to true up headcount right before travel dates.This house is not for groups with dogs that run away or children 14 and under due to the fact that there is a steep drop-off at the end of the lawn area.
It has a great view of the mountains and has recently been renovated. It is situated between social hubs in Meridian, Boise, Star, and Eagle. House: 2 high-end queen sleeper sofas and a full bath downstairs. There are two dining tables (for 6 and 8, respectively). The kitchen counter seats 3. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The entire house was completely renovated last year and we furnished it all new. All 26 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses.

The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: high-quality outdoor sofas and dining table from Polywood, a BBQ for your use, and a huge yard with sweeping views of the mountains! The backyard is NOT fenced.

There is a courtyard area which offers a fire table and lounge seating, as well as an additional dining table for 6.

You can use the entire house. Parking is in the garage (2 cars), driveway, and on the street.

This small neighborhood is centrally located between the Treasure Valley's growing cities. It is about 17 minutes from downtown Boise and 13 minutes to The Village in Meridian. There are many fantastic stores and restaurants to explore!
