The good - nice big home, on the greenbelt!!!, in a safe beautiful neighborhood. Big master bedroom, bath and shower. Big garage with 2 bikes for use. Close to Eagle and Boise. The bad - no check in guide book, had to use the garage to enter and exit. No master closet! Its locked, i had to hang my clothes in the closet by the front door, only 4 hangars in there. Nothing for kids to do. Master showerhead sprays everywhere. Landscaping needs to be trimmed near back gate. The bikes all flat tires and were dirty, which i fixed. Decent stay...i didnt mind it, but my family did, so we won't be coming back.

Rented the house to visit our kids/grandkids for Christmas. The house is beautiful with a two sided fire place between the glasses in patio and the living room. The kitchen is beautiful with high end appliances. There’s a sound system installed in the family room for watching TV or listening to music. The house sit on a walking/biking trail that runs alongside one of many small lakes in the neighborhood and is connected to the Greenbelt along the Boise River. And to top it all off, it’s dog friendly. We loved this home and will definitely keep it on our favorites list to stay in when we are in the area. The managers are also wonderful, check in frequently and respond very quickly to any questions. Certainly one of the best managers, if not THE best manager we have ever rented from.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, right on the greenbelt allowing for very nice early morning and late evening walks with the family. Quiet neighborhood, garage to park in, comfortable beds. The only thing that did not work was the thermostat. The house was hot and we could not get the thermostat to change to get AC.

The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. It was nice to walk out the gate and be on the Greenbelt. When we arrived, the inside of the home was clean. However, it was hot inside, and the thermostat was locked, preventing us from lowering the temperature. I contacted mgmt, and they were quick to respond and help resolve the problem. Unfortunately, the property had some disappointments. The management company emailed a survey for feedback on our stay, which I completed and submitted. Had they reached out, I would have written a review stating that they received the information and handled our feedback professionally. A binder with property information would have been appreciated. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable (so soft you would sink). We later found a remote in the dresser's bottom drawer to adjust firmness, but it didn’t work. The master shower head sprayed everywhere. The 2nd bedroom lacked furniture besides the bed and had no overhead lighting. The fridge's water filter didn’t work, so we bought water for the week. There were no window coverings at the back of the home, so we had no privacy from those passing on the Greenbelt at night. The trash can in the garage was almost full when we arrived, and the garage stank, with no trash day instructions. We thought that meant they hired someone to take care of it. 5 days after our arrival, we were at the house and heard the garbage truck in the area, so we took the can out for pick up. We would not stay again.
