With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home cooking, and complimentary coffee is provided. Multiple smart TVs and games make it easy to enjoy a cozy weekend indoors. Summer is just around the corner! Head outside to the spacious backyard with seating, seasonal pool (typically mid-May to mid-September) and hot tub!

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $70 for 1 pet and $140 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine. Pool is seasonal, unheated, and there is no fence surrounding pool. Basement bunk room has 2 twin over twin bunkbeds which are meant for children - sheets are provided for the bottom bunk beds only - if you would like to use the top bunks, please bring your own twin size sheets or sleeping bags. Grill is a charcoal grill - please bring your own charcoal if you wish to use it.

Rented for a last minute stay for a funeral on Labor Day weekend. House was clean and as-described. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very well maintained and clean. Nicely kept property.

We rented this house for a baseball tournament with another family, the house was clean however it did have a smell like it was smoked in before. Also the concrete kitchen counter are falling apart, there is raw prosperous concrete where bacteria can linger. They are also ver sharp around the edges and my toddler almost gauged her head on the corner that sticks out from bar area. The BBQ is a charcoal BBQ that you need to provide your own everything for, a chimney starter would be very handy to have with the BBQ. Also the beds could use an upgrade. The King and Queen beds up stairs are saggy in the middle and very soft. The kids loved the bunk room, and enjoyed the ample amount of fun entertainment. High points: **the Pool, it was so nice to have one in the backyard. **The large grass area in the backyard, The boys enjoyed playing ball. **Pet friendly, we were able to add our dogs to our stay 2 days before our trip since our plans changed. ** The game / kid friendly space in the basement, my 4year old loved the nook under the stairs. The boys 9, 11, & 12 loved the game station and foos balls table. Great for all ages!
