With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home cooking, and complimentary coffee is provided. Multiple smart TVs and games make it easy to enjoy a cozy weekend indoors. Summer is just around the corner! Head outside to the spacious backyard with seating, seasonal pool (typically mid-May to mid-September) and hot tub!

Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $70 for 1 pet and $140 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. No Smoking - minimum $250 fine. Pool is seasonal, unheated, and there is no fence surrounding pool. Basement bunk room has 2 twin over twin bunkbeds which are meant for children - sheets are provided for the bottom bunk beds only - if you would like to use the top bunks, please bring your own twin size sheets or sleeping bags. Grill is a charcoal grill - please bring your own charcoal if you wish to use it.

Rented for a last minute stay for a funeral on Labor Day weekend. House was clean and as-described. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very well maintained and clean. Nicely kept property.

Our oldest daughter was graduating from college in Boise and we needed a place to bring our other three kids and both of my elderly parents. It was an absolute joy to have us all together in one place. We could cook and eat together, play cards at a table that fit us all. Could not recommend this property enough!

The pool was the highlight, but don’t expect any chairs or lounge chairs to relax in. You’ll have to sit on the concrete. The outside area was full of cobwebs. Needs a good cleaning.There were 3 forks, hardly any cooking utensils, so don’t expect to cook much. The countertops are flaking a lot! The bed in the room downstairs squeaks every time you move. The top bunk beds are for children only, and they do not provide sheets or pillows for them. Be sure to check out EXACTLY at 10:00, or you will be charged for the minutes you are late. I feel they should let you know this policy. They have white towels, but charged us 45 for a few minimal stains (see pics below). Isn’t the point of white towels, so you can throw them in with a little bleach? Also, there is an RV parked in the backyard by the pool. Interesting. We would not return.
