The modern kitchen is fully equipped: a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker—leaving nothing to be desired. In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and storage space.

The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, and storage space. The partially covered south-facing terrace is furnished with comfortable patio furniture.

Pets are allowed; this is a non-smoking apartment. Parking is available in front of the house, with a bike rack next to the house, and a shared washer and dryer.
