About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 85 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool and sea view for rent in Grosseto-Prugna, less than a kilometre from the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A living room with table, sofa, TV...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A heated swimming pool, shared with the residence, open from 1 June to the end of September
- Two 34 m² terraces with 180° views over the entire bay of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires.
The house is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc. (Porticcio 3 km away, smaller Agosta 1.5 km).
Activities :
- The residence has two tennis courts and a table tennis table.
- Possibility of playing pétanque near the tennis courts
- Possibility of parasailing, surfing, sea outings and paddle boarding on the surrounding beaches
- Hiking in the mountains
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's dedicated, numbered car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Ajaccio, about 24 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, about 16 minutes by car.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Staircase without barrier not suitable for young children.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
