About this villa rental
Villa 'feet in water' 'situated in a private estate on the shores of the Gulf of Ajaccio.
5 bedrooms have direct access to a beautiful garden.
A small sandy bay is located just in front of the house. This beach has no direct access as that part of the property which ensures a perfect tranquility.
The dining room was used to take his meals facing the sea, listening to the sound of the waves.
A small independent bungalow of the main house offers a real intimacy a couple or a small family.
The flower garden is perfectly maintained, lush green lawns form a nice carpet underfoot and in season offers a small vegetable garden vegetables to those who want to reap good.
Chairs allow basking in the sun and have a good nap facing the sea.
Thanks to the outdoor shower installed in the garden can be desalinated right after swimming.
The house is simple but well equipped, built in the 60s by a genius architect, Jean-Louis Fayeton, it is open to the sea, nature and the mountains.
This is an ideal property with young children!
The neighboring Sofitel hotel offers upscale Thalassotherapy service.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans une superbe maison. Tout était parfait et bien au dessus de nos espérances ! Le lieu, la mer a nos pieds , le confort de la maison, la décoration, le jardin , l'accueil ... nous sommes sous le charme !!. Nous espérons pourvoir revenir !

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances en famille, dans cette spacieuse villa.
Nous y avons d'abord été très bien accueillis par la gardienne.
L'accès à la petite crique via l' escalier est vraiment le point fort de la villa.
La petite crique est charmante, nous y étions toujours seuls, et chose très appréciable en été, on y trouve des coins ombragés quel que soit le moment de la journée. Avec de jeunes enfants c'est idéal.
Le jardin avec la vue sur la baie est très agréable, et très bien entretenu par un sympathique jardinier.
La maison est très bien pensée, avec un accès extérieur à chacune des chambres. Elle est tout à fait bien équipée. La table extérieure est, elle aussi, bien ombragée, ce qui nous a permis de prendre tous les repas dehors, même en plein été.
Bref, un petit coin de paradis que nous recommandons.

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed on our departure. Housekeeper wanted us to pay money for broken blinds after she told us the first day to be careful with them because they were broken!!! Also we were requested to pay for a broken arm an on a towel hanger in the garden that was bent the first day we came. Only later we realized we could prove it was broken before we came because we shoot a video tour of the house first morning after arrival! After a phone call with the owner the demands were dropped and the full deposit was returned to us. Be careful when taking over the house on arrival and document all equipment problems you can find. To save the disappointment on your leave.
