This property is FANTASTIC. It’s a new construction with lots of room and a great layout. You have a dedicated parking spot and downtown McMinnville is just a couple blocks away.

We loved staying in the rooftop studio. It’s just a few blocks from 3rd street with all the tasting rooms and restaurants. The space seemed new, beautifully designed, and well constructed. It was nice having a big comfortable couch, and the large shower felt luxurious. Even though it’s a studio, it’s a spacious area with plenty of separation between kitchen/dining/living/bedroom areas. The bed is quite firm, and the space is up two flights of stairs, which are things to keep in mind if they matter to you.
