Beautiful & Spacious Home in Solterra Resort | Private Pool & Game Room
Relax and unwind in this stunning single-level 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home located in the highly sought-after Solterra Resort. With a private pool and spa (heating available for an additional fee), a dedicated game room, and a fully stocked kitchen, this home is the perfect retreat for families after a day at the parks.

This modern, beautifully decorated home offers a spacious and comfortable layout designed for relaxation and fun.

-5 bedrooms
-4 full bathrooms, including 2 en-suite bathrooms
-Spacious living room with sectional couch
-Fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and all basic cookware
-Dining area with seating for 6
-Smart TV's and high-speed Wi-Fi
-Air conditioned private game room with foosball, ping pong and seating area with game console.
-Central air conditioning
-Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer
Outdoor Features:
-Private heated pool and spa (heating fees apply)
-No rear neighbors — enjoy a peaceful conservation view
-Screened-in lanai with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table

-The house is equipped with an electronic door lock and you have 24/7 access with your personal door code.

-Driveway fits up to 2 vehicles
-Additional parking available in designated resort areas

The house is Self-Catering but we provide a starter kit with essentials:
*1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom
*1 paper towel roll
*2 trash bags
*2 laundry pods
*2 dishwasher pods
*1 small bottle of dish detergent
*1 small hand soap per bathroom

*No Smoking: $350 + tax cleaning fee will be charged if violated
*No Pets Allowed: Same fee applies if violated; immediate eviction without refund
*No Parties or Events
*Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests
*Lead guest must be present during the entire stay
*Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially early morning and late evening
*Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (community enforced).
Failure to follow these rules will result in eviction without refund. We reserve the right to seek damages exceeding insurance coverage if necessary.
We don't have a BBQ available but we'll provide you with addresses for rental companies, please note it's not allowed to use the BBQ indoors and within the pool enclosure.
