About this house rental
Come stay in this wonderfully designed house where you’ll enjoy luxury living at its finest. Our spacious 6-bedroom 4,5 baths holiday villa can comfortably accommodate a larger family or group of up to 12 people.
The pool deck is extended and facing south east, overlooking conservation area. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a busy day in the park.
Our game room will excite both kids and grownups with pool table, air hockey and foosball. All rooms have flat screen TVs.
Short walk to club house with fitness center, tennis court, pool and slide, lazy river, tiki bar and play ground.

The house was spacious with all necessary furniture, kitchen equipment and dishware, etc. check in/out was easy. Communication with owner east with short turn around time.
The resort village is in Davenport, which was 30 mins plus from Disney parks and further still from Universal due to construction on main highway and massive congestion getting onto it.
Given that it is a vacation getaway house, it would be helpful if house had few basic cooking essentials like oil, salt, sugar, coffee filters, etc.
Pool heat never came on. Not clear if it was not working or wasn’t turned on properly.

We rented this property instead of staying on the Disney resort. We made the right decision. It was a short drive to all the parks, and everything else we needed was close by. We loved the community pool and our pool as well. It was an excellent vacation.

The property was very nice and the check in process was excellent. We have visited Orlando several times with our children and grandchildren and rented houses for each occasion. This Villa is well located and was perfect for out stay.

The house is beautiful, no rear neighbors and large pool but many issues. The appliances are outdated, for example it takes 3 to 4 hours to dry a load of clothes. Dishwasher takes hours. We had issues with the pool and it took multiple calls to get them resolved. Kitchen tap doesn't work properly, no pool skimmer, no broom or vacuum until last day it was delivered, internet goes out multiple times a day. Mixing bowls in the kitchen would be nice.
