Our apartments at “Annie’s Bergwelt—Your Home in the Bavarian Forest” combine modern comfort with the region’s charm and offer a breathtaking view of nature. Spanning at least 60 m², each apartment features a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king-size double bed, a sleeper sofa, a modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, and a spacious panoramic terrace. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, heated floors, a coffee maker, and a free parking space. Use of the “Nackedei” sauna oasis is included in the price. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, and cribs are available upon request. Thanks to self-check-in via a numeric code, your arrival is hassle-free. Enjoy the peace and quiet, fresh mountain air, and the magnificent view of the Bavarian Forest. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV with radio, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with oven function, ceramic cooktop, and kitchen accessories such as dishes and pots. A large solid-wood table and a coffee maker offer additional comfort. Wi-Fi, a safe, underfloor heating, and a free parking space ensure a pleasant stay. Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM. Check-out is due by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this if necessary. Keys are accessed via a numeric code, which you will receive well in advance of your arrival. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of 20.00 EUR per day/night. If your dog is left alone in the room, please hang the provided “dog inside” sign on the door. Please also note, however, that room cleaning may not be provided. The visitor’s tax of 3.60 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on site. Additional fees: Towel and linens service in the apartments: 5.00 EUR per day; welcome sparkling wine (15.00 EUR); bread roll service: 4.00 EUR per day. Included services: Use of the “Nackedei” sauna area during opening hours, free Wi-Fi, free parking, free bicycle parking, ski storage room, electric vehicle charging station for your car (available 24 hours a day). A deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is due within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation. The balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival.
