Our new Fiona vacation rental offers plenty of space for up to 2 adults and 2 children to enjoy a comfortable stay. With a generous 96 m² of living space, this 4-star vacation rental—as classified by the DTV—offers superior comfort and high-quality amenities. The apartment features a large bedroom (18 m²) with a double bed and another bedroom with a French bed (1.40 m), both equipped with roller shutters. The exceptionally spacious living area (41 m²) also features a pull-out sofa bed with a full-length 1.40 m mattress. The open-concept kitchen in the living area is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, an electric stove with a cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Entertainment is provided by a large flat-screen TV with satellite TV, a stereo system, and a selection of board games. A special highlight is the spacious bathroom (14 m²) with a large rain shower and a spacious bathtub. The apartment also features its own spacious southeast-facing balcony, a separate entrance, and a large entryway with a coat closet. An in-room safe and free Wi-Fi are also available. This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is, of course, permitted on the balcony or in the outdoor area. The apartment was renovated in the spring of 2020. For a relaxing start to your day, we offer a bread roll delivery service. You’re also welcome to receive fresh eggs from our farm’s own chickens for your breakfast. A washing machine and dryer are available in the main house for a fee. Our 4-star-rated farm is a special experience for children and adults alike. The region offers unique sights in every season: blossoming fruit trees in spring, lush meadows in summer, colorful forests in fall, and snow-covered hills in winter. Here, everyone can find peace, relaxation, and the joy of nature. The Hans-Girgl-Hof is located in the idyllic village of Brandten in the municipality of Langdorf. As one of the most beautiful forest farming villages in the Bavarian Forest, Brandten is situated in a quiet valley with a magnificent view of meadows, forests, and mountains. Nestled between Silberberg and Hennenkobel, the village is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. This small village, free of through traffic, is also located along the Glasstraße, near the Bavarian Forest National Park, and not far from the Großer Arber and the Czech border. Numerous amenities are available to ensure a pleasant stay. These include free Wi-Fi, a ski and bike storage room, and free parking right next to the house. Towels and bed linens are included. The garden with its lawn is perfect for relaxing, and the bread roll delivery service ensures a convenient start to your day. New additions to our offerings include guided hikes and bike tours. You also have the option to explore selected routes on your own: Simply download your desired route conveniently via the app and enjoy your excursions with complete flexibility. There’s also plenty to do right on the farm: a free sled rental ensures fun in the winter, while the playground and play barn right on the farm provide plenty of variety, especially for our younger guests. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is available between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request. A step stool for the sink, a high chair, a booster seat (seat cushion), a changing table, or a bed rail can also be provided free of charge upon request.
