Something About Mary is a great property. Perfect location for walkable restaurants, farmers market, and just a two mile walk to the beach over the beautiful intercostal. The house was spotless, and I’ve never experienced hosts that are more attentive and responsive. We adored Melissa and Mark! The only disappointment we had was that both bathrooms are only accessible through a bedroom. For the majority of our stay this was a non-issue, but when we had two couples there for the wedding weekend, it was not ideal. Just something to know if you’re planning to stay with other couples. Otherwise, totally thrilled with everything about the house and location!

Absolutely wonderful host and sparklingly clean property. All new appliances. Good heating/aircon. Spacious, comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. Easy parking and access too, and a short walk to Canal St. Be aware there are freight trains running nearby through the night which sound their horns too.

Immaculately clean, beautiful coastal design, fully stocked and centrally located to shops, restaurants and the beach. Melissa was always available and helped us with finding fun things to do our first time in New Smyrna Beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this vacation rental. One of the best places we have stayed. Beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Everything we needed was stocked and ready for us. Perfect location in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Can’t even tell you how much we appreciated that our dogs could come with us.
