Relax and unwind in this beautifully remodeled, professionally decorated 4 bed 3 bath home. The home features beautiful vaulted main level ceilings with bay windows, a full kitchen, kitchen bar including wine cooler, den with gas fireplace, oversized masters, media/theater room, arcade & games, kids playroom and amenities, WIFI, exercise equipment, and more! Out the backdoor you'll find a quite/fun patio with a gas grill, fire pit seating, area for dining and separate balcony off the master bedroom. There are outdoor games such as corn hole and access to the cul de sac with a walkway to a large park with a walking path, playground and soccer fields.
This home was designed for a sizeable group or family to feel at home! Just a short 5 minute walk through Madema Park behind the home to the original Tony’s Meats, Market & Liquor Store for the finest foods/deli in the area. A 10 minute drive to Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater or 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater! Need a lift? Uber and Lyft work great in this area. This was a great house for our stay with multiple families during a softball tournament. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Lots of amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. The back patio was nice to relax at night. Beware if you sleep upstairs in the master bedroom...there is back door with a full window and it has a white shade, so it's very bright early in the morning. Thankfully, I brought a sleep mask that got me through.

Everything was wonderful only issue is my fault I thought I asked about handicap and was hoping at least one room was on main floor. My sister had a hard time coming in the front but parked on side and could get walker in that way easier. And we couldn't get the blender to work. Maybe it does work and we are old! It was a wonderful place so close to my kids thank you again. Highly would recommend.

The best rental I’ve used!This was such a great property to rent for a stay in Denver! We came in for a concert and baseball game and while it was about a 30 minute drive from each it was so worth being out a little ways. The house was perfect and we loved coming back to the quiet neighborhood each night. My mom and I kept saying how perfect it would be for a girls weekend. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Very good overall experience. The rooms where clean and comfortable, and the house was in a great location. Kitchen had everything you need. A nice cozy home!
