Important Things to Note
• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles on a private gravel passthrough directly in front of the home.
• Pool: The outdoor resort pool is seasonal and typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day; availability is subject to the community.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to our rural location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Security: For added awareness, sensors are installed above the front and back doors to detect when they are opened/closed.
• Exterior cameras: Three exterior-only cameras are on site—(1) right front corner monitoring the main entry/driveway, (2) front corner monitoring the front walking trail, and (3) back center monitoring the lake and yard wildlife. They do not record inside the home.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of an animal is found during or after your stay, an additional cleaning fee will be applied.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

My husband and I drove to Knox to see our daughter who is at the University. We checked in very late after two full days of driving from Oklahoma. The lights were all on for us and there was no issue getting into the house. The house was immaculate and even included some basics like shampoo and dish soap to get us through the first day. There were so many "extra" touches that this house had that others don't usually include: live plants, a fully outfitted kitchen, upgraded appliances, no-slam cabinets and drawers, pretty art on the walls and proper wine glasses! I chose this house mostly based on the kitchen because I knew I would be cooking Thanksgiving for our family and I didn't have to buy anything except the food. Plenty of pots and pans (Caraway), nice knives, measuring cups and spoons, and even a blender! It gets seriously dark at night, and the mattresses were unanimously wonderful so we all slept really well. I loved waking up and sitting by the fireplace with my coffee, just passing the hours until the mayhem began each day. We will definitely be back to this property!

The hosts were extremely communicative even before arrival. We had everything we needed and they were exceptionally responsive to any questions we had. The home is very private, the area is completely quiet and the sunrise view is unreal. We would easily stay again and again the next time we are in the area. If you are patient enough, you will see a bald eagle in the morning as well. Everything was exceptionally clean, and well appointed.

We never saw a pool and we didn’t know where it was. It may be closed for the season. The kitchen was immaculate and many utensils for eating and cooking along with a lot of plates and bowls and cups, etc. I highly recommended this beautifully appointed home. That view when you walk in is everything with seeing the lake. The house is just stunning.

Beautiful location and well appointed accommodations! The pictures don’t do this property justice. Only issue was the inability to adjust the AC to a more comfortable level.
