Dandridge House at the Lake

The facility is pretty spacious, nice and clean but it would be great if the lake beaches close by could be accessed. The walking distance lake beache is other people private property but there are some public swimming areas within 10-15 minutes driving distance.

This home is much larger than I had anticipated. Ideal for families with adults who want a family room to hang out on while children or teens have their own space (yet all on the same level). That is a unique attribute of this home. The home was extremely clean and fresh. The kitchen is also quite large. The property has lots of parking space and plenty of green space. The location is excellent if you plan to be on and off the interstate during your stay. We traveled between the Knoxville airport and locations in Newport and traveling was very easy. Don’t pass over this home if you would like a large space for family to gather yet have elbow room AND be all on one level. Great home!

Lots of space for a family Christmas. Super communicative host. Nice living area and good for pets.

We had plenty of room to relax and beds were very comfortable. Quite neighborhood and just a couple minutes from interstate. Enjoyed the deck and outside area at night. Perfect temp to sit and relax . Host checked in with me and was available if needed which we didn’t need as all was just as advertised and a good value for the price. We were here for a volleyball tournament in Morristown and it was a very easy 15 min drive to their sports complex. Hope to stay here again.
