Only 5km from Perth CBD, an ideal place to stay, central to everything. 3BR 2BA 2-storey townhouse has 2 separate lounge areas & a gorgeous outdoor entertaining area. Two Smart TVs, chefs kitchen & beautiful timber dining table for family meals. A double remote garage in a quiet complex.
