Relax in the lounge or on the outdoor patio with BBQ and TV for sports nights. Free Wi‑Fi and smart Google Home tech make your stay easy. You’re only about 5 miles from the scenic Swan River and approximately 4 miles to vibrant Crown Perth, perfect for dining, gaming and entertainment.

We leave you to enjoy your stay in peace, but we are available to answer any questions or see to any issues during your stay. We can be at the property within 30 minutes if required.

Our home is nestled in Carlisle, a quiet and family-friendly residential suburb known for its convenience and accessibility. The area offers a variety of local cafes and restaurants, as well as parks and recreational spaces. It is a short drive from key landmarks like Optus Stadium, Crown Perth, and the picturesque Swan River. This prime location provides a peaceful suburban feel while keeping you close to the action and excitement of the city.

Master Bedroom 1 (Upper Level):

Master Bedroom 2 (Ground Level):
Our newly opened second master suite is located conveniently on the ground floor. It features a comfortable queen-size bed and is positioned with direct access to the ground-floor bathroom facilities, making it ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Bedroom 3, 4, & 5:
These cozy rooms are perfect for children or friends. One room is equipped with a bunk bed and a desk, providing a comfortable and functional space with plenty of beds.

Flexible Room Options
We offer a unique 5th bedroom to suit your group's specific needs. To keep our base rates competitive for smaller groups, this room is typically kept locked. However, it can be made available for an additional fee, making it the perfect choice for larger families or those simply wanting a bit of extra breathing room.

A bright and comfortable space featuring a large L-shaped couch and a big-screen TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Kitchen:

A very nice home to stay at in Perth, with excellent people managing the home. It's a newer clean and bigger house that's pretty central, not quite the best neighbourhood, but it's in a new "mini' estate and was quite safe I felt. Had a range of nice food places nearby. Also great to have a good sized lockable garage for our car! The whole home was ideal for our week stay in Perth.
