Ideal location in the heart of the old town, the climate is warm and sunny year-round. No car necessary everything is a short walk away but the house has private parking. The house was renovated recently, making it a dream holiday house for a family or group of friends.

THREE BEDROOMS: Top floor bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) with private seafront terrace and en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200cm) also with seaviews and a terrace. Third bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) with views of Funchal harbour a seaview terrace. All rooms have plenty of wardrobe space and internet.
BATHROOMS: have bath and large shower, fitted with a clean marble look and modern fittings.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped for a short or long stay with everything needed, including a dream sea view as you cook and from the dining table. Stylish open plan living room facing the sea where you can watch the cruise liners arrive into the bay of Funchal.
LIVING ROOM: Open space with large full length windows facing the sea. Equipped with modern LCD TV with many international and Free wireless Internet.
OUTSIDE: Each floor has its own huge seafront terrace. On the ground floor there is outside dining area, sofa, barbecue and hammock. The top floor terrace has a sofa and 2 sunbathing chairs. Middle terrace has traditional Madeira wicker furniture.
Home truths: Please note there are no barriers or gates around the stairs. We do not recommend this house for guests with mobility problems or small children beacuse of the stairs.
