With capacity for 6 people, the house has three comfortable bedrooms, two with double beds and one with bunk beds. All are equipped with window and fan, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay. The bathroom, complete and functional, has everything you need for your comfort.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped and has a table ideal for sharing family meals. The living room, on the other hand, has a 32" TV to enjoy moments of entertainment, creating a comfortable and cosy atmosphere to share in good company.
The jewel of the house is its large 40 m² rooftop terrace, equipped with a parasol, armchairs and outdoor benches, an ideal space to relax in the open air. Access to the roof terrace is via a staircase next to the sliding door, located in the hallway leading to the house. A cosy place, well located and perfect to enjoy rest and nature.
