About this house rental
The tranquility of Keuka Vines Peace of Mind makes this lovely A-frame the perfect "home away" during your time in the Finger Lakes. This cozy home is built into the rural hillside, among the vineyards, and with expansive views of the blue waters of Keuka Lake.

Inside the home you'll enter the main living area first with its cathedral ceilings and wall of sliding glass doors facing toward the lake. There are comfortable leather couches and armchairs for watching your favorite Netflix show (the fireplace is nonfunctioning and for decorative purposes only), a full kitchen for cooking up meals together and a dining area for enjoying that meal.
The main floor has 2 cozy bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a full bath with a tub/shower.
Upstairs is an open loft space with a Twin trundle (can be used as 2 twin beds or combined into one king bed) and sitting area. There is another bedroom on this second floor, with a King size bed, and an additional full bath with a walk in shower.
The back yard is large and open on the hill surrounding the house. There is a pebble stone area with a firepit and adirondack chairs on the side yard, a gas grill, and the spacious deck with comfortable deck furniture for sitting and watching the lake life below. This home was featured on HGTV's Lakefront Bargain Hunt show in the past.
Keuka Vines is centrally located to many of the activities the Finger Lakes has to offer. It is just a short drive to the village of Penn Yan, about 1 1/2 miles from the beautiful Keuka College campus, and about 10 minutes from Keuka State Park. There are several wineries within a few minutes of the home as well.
We invite you to slow down your busy pace of life and tuck back in to the rural countryside at Keuka Vines.

**This home has a Ring camera by the front door and an active camera on the back of the house monitoring the basement door
**This home does have a steep driveway and 4x4 is recommended but not necessary during the summer months. During the colder months, when there is a chance of snow and ice, 4x4 will be required to access the home properly
*A limited amount of paper towel, toilet paper, soaps, is provided for each guest.
**We ask that the primary renter be 25 years of age or older. By booking you agree with this policy and comply with this request
**No pets or animals allowed
**No parties allowed
**Smoking prohibited
**Guest must comply with maximum occupancy at all times. No Exceptions. Only 8 guests allowed at any time.
**Parking for 3 vehicles only.
**Guests are required to sign a rental agreement immediately after booking

Fantastic house in a perfect location! Less than a 5 minute drive to the Keuka State Park which has a phenomenal swimming area for the whole family. Penn Yan is lovely to walk around, shop & eat. Sitting on the balcony at this house quickly became our favorite evening past time - just watching the boats putter up and down the Lake. Can’t wait to come back!!

The house was a perfect size for our group of 6 adults, cozy yet plenty of room. We loved the deck and the views and it was adequately stocked for our stay. We already started discussing a return trip and would absolutely stay here again.

House was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items. Located in a quiet area with great lake view. Had a great time and would definitely return!
