About this villa rental

Just a short distance from the sea, this welcoming villa lets you experience it all. Gulf of Asinara is just steps away and San Pietro Beach is within an easy 8-minute walk, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking.

After you return to this 732-sq-ft villa, unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio, and don't forget about the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the cable/satellite TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as an electric kettle and cookware. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have access to laundry facilities. Anna and her three charming flats (we stayed in appartement Ibsico) with a beautiful Sardinian pine garden within 200 metres walking distance of the beach are a real insider tip. We really enjoyed everything! The hammock, lounger and outdoor shower in the outdoor area were also great. Restaurants can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, but the kitchen is also very well equipped. The beach is a dream - with and without waves! Anna put an extra bed in one of the bedrooms for our 3 boys. That was great. Thank you Anna!

We absolutely loved staying in Annas apartment. It is perfectly position to the beach. We loved the sun bed and hammock. We really appreciated Anna making us feel welcome and helping us with little queries through out our stay. The description in the ad was very accurate and honest. The only thing we'd recommend to improve the stay would be to add aircon or fans for extra hot days, and wifi connection. Overall we'd stay there again in a heartbeat. GREAT holiday spot!!!!

We rented this beautiful apartment for 10 days and enjoyed every single day. Anna is a great host, at our arrival there was water and a salad in the fridge. We could always ask her for help if needed. The location is perfect with lots of beaches nearby. There is also a nice restaurant in walking distance and all the supermarkets and small booths that sell fruit and vegetables are easily reachable by car within 5 minutes. Be sure to visit Castelsardo in the evening. A nice Italian town with a castle built on top of a small mountain. The apartment had everything needed for cooking and also beach towels and sunshades. The garden is beautiful with lots of plants and flowers. A great place to relax.
