Home is newly renovated and close to everything. This centrally-located home is two-levels with a beautiful view of Shadow Lake and Grand Lake. The home offers comfort with 4 beds (Bedroom 1: queen bed upstairs, Bedroom 2: queen bed upstairs; Bedroom 3: full-size bunk beds downstairs), 2 bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), and a fully equipped kitchen. Simple essentials are provided along with towels. Home entertainment includes a TV in each bedroom, arcade games, a spacious deck, hot tub, and more. Grand Lake is only a 5 minute drive, offering restaurants, fun family-friendly activities, and year-round events.

We had a great weekend staying here! The views are amazing, the hot tub was relaxing, and the location was great for access to multiple days activities and hikes, the town of Grand Lake, and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The proximity to the road did not change our enjoyment at all.

The view was absolutely amazing, but the road was so loud we did not spend time on the deck and needed to keep the windows closed.The recent renovations were done really well, however the bedroom in the basement does not have a door (it has a curtain). Also, it was a bit cramped for 4 people upstairs to share a bathroom with one sink. Nice house overall, but a little cramped and a bit loud.

Remodel of property was well done . We were aware of the road noise but was bothersome at times. Easy access to lakes and town. Wifi was good. New kitchen appliances.
