This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo offers the ideal mix of comfort, location, and coastal charm. Just a 1-minute walk to the pier and beaches and only 10 minutes to downtown, you will have everything you need for a relaxing, memorable stay.

• Cozy fireplace in the living room for cool coastal evenings
• Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker, hot water kettle, blender, toaster, and refrigerator/freezer) cooking and dining utensils.
• Dining area table for six
• Quiet, comfortable setting — perfect for rest and relaxation
• Complimentary WIFI and Streaming TV
• Complimentary on-site laundry with supplies
• Primary Bedroom (King sized bed, two closets, dresser, 55” TV, and private balcony with ocean view)
• Additional Bedroom (Queen sized bed, large closet, dresser, and back patio)
• The two upper bedrooms share a convenient full bathroom with a bathtub/shower.
• The Third Bedroom (Two twin beds, closet, dresser, work desk)
• A half bathroom is located on the hallway downstairs.

What a perfect location in San Clemente! The neighborhood was quiet and the ocean view/access were great. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were lovely. Our hosts were responsive to questions and the condo was clean. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no AC and traveling the first week of September is a gamble. We found a fan in a closet and there were ceiling fans in two rooms. We did have family nearby, so we were able to borrow another fan. I would imagine in other months, it’s just fine. We would stay here again!

Can’t say enough about this place! It is THE perfect location - awesome place to stay with family. Spectacular hosts! This place is the perfect beach getaway - literally a one minute walk to the pier and beach. Lots of walkable places to shop and grab some food. Place itself is roomy enough for 6 adults to stay at very comfortably and not feel like we were in each others space. Hosts provided beach chairs, boogie boards and towels! They have thought of everything for a family beach vacation! Plus parking for a car - no fighting for beach parking! Would most definitely stay again!
