Situated between the cities of St.Augustine and Jacksonville ,the cottage is easily located near local attractions such as the ST AUGUSTINE OUTLET MALL & DOWNTOWN ST AUGUSTINE. Also within a short distance are Publix and restaurants ranging from dine in to grab n go fast food. Additionally, the location provides easy one turn, five mile access to i-95for your business or travel needs, we understand the importance of companionship with our animal friends, which is why we are one of a select few listings that allows pets up to 40 lbs. with a one time per pet fee of $30. We may accommodate pets larger than 40 lbs. , please contact us before booking. Great location to meet up with friends to explore St. Augustine. The cottage is on a busy intetsection

It was evident that the majority of travelers these days must be dog owners. The sofa was rather pungent with dog odor and the back door was seriously clawed up on the outside. We could not get any hot water from the kitchen or lavatory faucets until our last day. Keeping warm was the worst problem for us as senior citizens. No heat cycle on ac units. The portable heater would barely warm one room, so it had to be moved about. It was just too cold in the bathroom to bathe.

Everything was clean and cozy. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We also found the grounds person very nice and helpful.
