It's a beautiful bike ride to the beach. Don't forget to check out our surrounding areas.
Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are all less than a mile away. Jarboe Park, with its newly renovated play area and pickle ball courts, is only a short walk or bike ride away. Brewhound, Neptune Beach's premiere dog park and bar is just a couple of blocks away.

Clean and Clean !! This place was sooo nice to settle right in for a stay. Very comfortable and plenty of elbow room. Has everything you need including a wonderful back yard. The front is also beautiful as there are fabulous trees around. The walking/biking trail to the Beach is right out front!! I really cannot say enough about the fabulous location. This location also has all the amenities you need such as internet for Work or Leisure , TVs in all spaces. And great space for entertaining friends, family and guests as the kitchen has everything you need including a grill out back . Thanks to the Host and Team, I had a great stay!!!

Friendly town with lots of hiking trails. Brewhound Dog Park was amazing. The staff & dog owners gave us recommended places to eat & visit. Our rental was very comfortable & close to everythi And walking trails.

When you pull up the place it is a little sketchy. But when you go inside it's a great layout and it was CLEAN. Had everything you needed right down to providing the TP, towels, spices, all kitchen utensils, etc. The High Speed wi-fi worked well along with the Cable TV, Comcast. Since it was just me the bedrooms worked out fine but if there were 4 people the two up-stairs bedrooms share the one main full bathroom. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs so that worked well. I had a couple of small issues but Erin came to my rescue every time, even when I accidently locked myself out. I would stay here again.
