    The Staff are so nice and Friendly . I really had a good time

    I stayed with my daughter for one night. I requested for twin beds and was given a semi-double bed that was small even for one person. I requested the front desk to change the room, but they were booked full. Pillows were very soft unlike the Japanese style ones. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

    I love this hotel. It’s so clean and a cozy spot to rest while traveling. I love the onsen inside and also the breakfast. Excellent!
