The location was perfect, close enough to south beach without the noise and chaos. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is great for a few nights but for longer stays I'd consider staying elsewhere as there is no change of towels or cleaning.
The room is small but this is offset by the location and staff. Our room had a bathroom door that was always sliding open, which was a minor annoyance. The bathroom products were of poor quality (but at least they are provided), so we ended up going to a local grocery store and picking up some shower items given the length of our stay.

Posto accogliente e pulito, in posizione strategica a South Beach, lontano dal caos delle vie principali che sono raggiungibili in una decina di minuti a piedi..
Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico del WC e Barbara ha prontamente inviato qualcuno a verificare (risolto tutto in soli 15 minuti).
Niente da segnalare.

On a quiet, well maintained street away from crowds

As soon as we stepped into our room we smelled a very very strong mould odour. All our clothes and belongings now have the smell - you can’t miss it.
Furniture was old and falling apart
Mattress didn’t fit the bed frame etc
