Villa was beautiful, clean and spacious. The kitchen area is a huge bonus with a normal size fridge. Staff were amazing and always helpful.
Early morning the big window let in the sun as soon as it rose, it was super bright and no way of blocking that out. Wasn't nice waking up to blinding sunlight.
Bed was a little hard but you can't please everyone.
Location not great, up in a residential area on a hill so not walking distance to much. Grabs are easy and cheap though so we managed.
These aren't huge drawbacks but let's just say we are exhausted from not much sleep 😴

El personal. Joni que lleva la organización y Ratmi nos atendieron estupendamente. Siempre ha estado atento Joni a nuestras consultas y respondía inmediatamente. Facilitó todo. El servicio de desayuno genial, pero el desayuno escaso. Muy limpio todo y cada día te arreglan la habitación y cambian las toallas
Tiene muchas hormigas y mosquitos. Te dejan aparatos anti mosquitos pero desconectados. Para que los pongas tú solo cuando estés..no es suficiente. Y no puedes dejar ni una miga porque te comen las hormigas. Será la ubicación. Está en una colonia de villas. No se puede ir andando a ningún sitio, no hay nada y de noche está oscura la zona.

I liked that it was kept well-ish
I didn’t like that the doors clearly need fixing and looking at reviews they have been told but have done nothing about it.
