Wohnung sehr ordentlich und sauber. Genügend Besteck und Geschirr. Rollos lassen gute Abdunkelung zu. 50 Meter zum abgeschlossenen Bootssteg (mittels Hausschlüssel Zutritt) mit Badeeinstieg. 2 Couchen (beide auch zum Schlafen geeignet) im Wohnzimmer-Küche-Bereich. Kommunikation per WhatsApp lief gut.
Kein ebenerdiger Zugang zur EG- Wohnung  (vom oberen Weg  7 Stufen runter oder vom unteren Weg  noch mehr Stufen hoch). Es fehlt eine Gästemappe mit Infos zum Haus und zur Umgebung. WLAN Netz und Code mussten erst hinterfragt werden. Mülltonnen nicht beschriftet - Farbe läßt 2 mal auf Inhalt schließen. Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsselbox-die per WhatsApp zugesandte Beschreibung hat uns nicht gereicht, um die Box zu finden und dann gibt es noch eine alte und eine neue Box... TV nur über DVBT-sehr wenige Sender (3sat, zdf, zdf-neo, zdf-info). An den 2 Fenstern mit Lamellenjalousien, fuhren diese mehrfach selbständig wieder ein (1mal früh um 6 Uhr - Wecker nicht mehr nötig). Falls das wegen starken Wind passierte, wüßte ich sowas gern vorher. Kommunikation per Mail funktionierte nicht.

Veraltete TV Technik. Ist zwar nicht wirklich wichtig. Allerdings doch ein wenig störend.
