Die Lage und die Sauberkeit, zweckmäßige Ausstattung
Terrasse in Wohnung 2 müsste etwas gepflegt werden (Ausschneiden der Pflanzen, sonst fühlt man sich als würde man im Jungle sitzen). Außerdem ist die Sonnenschutzlösung auf der Terrasse nicht optimal, da nur an einer Stelle eine Möglichkeit ist den Sonnenschirm einzusetzen.
