La ubicación me gusta, está en una zona tranquila pero no demasiado apartado.
Ahora en verano, quizá unas cortinas se agradecerían para tamizar un poco la luz del atardecer. Da directa en la cara si estás sentado en el sofá.

La ubicación aunque a 20 min del centro de la ciudad, una zona muy tranquila, familiar con aparcamiento fuera y con garaje particular. La vivienda con buenas vistas y cómoda. La calefacción la regulaban los propietarios Vivienda limpia y ordenada con dos juegos de llaves.
Eche en falta un tendedero dentro de la vivienda ya que tender fuera las toallas de las termas no sé secaban. Las almohadas HORRIBLES, muy poco mullido e incomodisimas; el colchón en cambio cómodo.

Es un sitio tranquilo, acogedor, vistas excepcionales, el apartamento muy coqueto.
Sobre gustos hay colores. A nosotros el colchón nos pareció muy duro.
