La ubicación excepcional. A un paso de todo y bien cominicado. El piso, además, es muy espacioso.
La plaza de garaje es muy estrecha y costaba salir del coche cuando el vecino aparcaba sobre la linea de separación. Entiendo que es algo que se puede solucionar, pero nos condicionó un poco.
