E curat si bine utilat, iar poziția centrala e un mare atu.
Nu pot spune că nu mi-a placut ceva. Noi am avut un city-break de 3 zile cu 2 nopți cazare si a fost perfect.
Spațiul e mic, evdreor, iar daca intentionezi sa stai 1-2 săptămâni, probabil ca vei simți ca e mic. Dar pentru 2-3 nopți e perfect!

Super Lage direkt neben der Fussgängerzone. Viele Restaurants und ein wunderschöner, gepflegter Park gleich gegenüber. Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Das Zimmer verfügt sogar über eine Waschmaschine, einen Kühlschrank, ein Bügelbrett und ein Bügeleisen. TV mit vielen Sendern, vorwiegend in Rumänisch und Russisch. Einige internat. Nachrichtensender, nichts aus Deutschland. Aber man kommt ja nicht hierher zum TV schauen. Ausser es ist Fussball WM, wie während meinem Aufenthalt. 2 Sender haben die WM übertragen, super.
Lassen Sie sich nicht irritieren durch den Eingang im hässlichen Hinterhof und den langen Korridor, welcher einem Gefängnisflur mit 20 Türen ähnelt. Das Zimmer ist wirklich schön, gepflegt und sauber und in der Nacht ist es ruhig.
Das Bett ist nur 140 cm breit, was für einige Paare zu schmal ist. Ich als alleinreisender hatte üppig Platz. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre praktisch.

What I loved most:
Unbeatable Location: The location of this property is absolutely perfect. It honestly could not be any better!
Smooth Check-in & Payment: While coordinating the arrival took a little bit of time, the communication was great. I shared my live location via WhatsApp, and a very nice lady arrived right on time to meet me.
Convenient Cash Payment: It was incredibly convenient that I was able to pay in cash directly to her in advance right during the check-in and key hand-off.
Overall, it was a very welcoming experience and a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!
The Second-Floor Hallway: The section of the corridor on the second floor leading to the apartment is a bit old-fashioned and uneven. The property owner naturally cannot influence the building's shared hallways, but it is just a minor detail worth noting for future guests. Once you are inside the apartment, everything is wonderful.

La camera (appartamentino) è deliziosa e la posizione è strategica, in zona centrale.
Il palazzo esternamente è molto bello e ristrutturato da poco, internamente invece è ancora molto sporco e polveroso per lavori in corso!
Non si incontra nessuno per il check in che avviene tutto per messaggi e quindi con notevole difficoltà nel trovare l'ingresso (sul retro tra bidoni di immondizia!) rispetto all'indirizzo indicato.
