It was self catering.
It was only a 15 minute walk to the centre of Scarborough & all the facilities & the same to the beaches
The kitchen was very very tiny. I knew there wasn't an oven but I thought I seen a hob on the photos... but no there was only a microwave & a toaster...this limited yourself to what you can have for a meal.

The apartment was well decorated in neutral tones. It looks like it has fairly recently been refurbed. The bed was very comfy. The kitchenette was pristine and well equipped to make a breakfast and a snack meal though there are no hobs and no cooker (just a kettle, toaster and microwave).
The key code given during the booking process was incorrect so I had to phone as ask for the correct one.
The clock didn't work.
It would have been lovely if it could have faced the sea (No 2 will do, but I was in No 1.)
A 'walk in' shower would have been preferable to a shower over the bath for mobility reasons.
