The Space:
Welcome to this elegant 75 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the lower ground and ground floors of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Kennington Road in the heart of Kennington. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: Double Bed (140x180 cm), Bedroom 2: Double Bed (140x180 cm), Sofa Bed. The apartment has two full bathrooms.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private patio — smoking is not allowed on the patio.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has gas heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment and the patio are non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

Vauxhall station provides Victoria line services and fast rail connections across London, and Battersea Power Station — recently transformed into a retail and dining destination — is within easy reach. Lambeth Bridge and the riverside path give pleasant walks towards Westminster and beyond.

A n ice Flat in a Great Location.

Apartment was nice and in a good location but was a bit tired. Paint chipped, carpet needed clean and outside wasn’t welcoming. Bike in the hallway made it awkward to get in with luggage as well
