- Please respect the check-in and check-out times: Check-in is from 3pm onwards, and check-out is before 10am.
- The full address and access details will be provided prior to check-in.
- Late check-out without prior agreement may incur an additional charge.
- Lost keys will incur a replacement charge payable by the guest.
- Before departure, please wash dishes, strip used beds, and dispose of rubbish.
- Indoor shoes or slippers are appreciated where possible.
