About this apartment rental

Waterfront Property. Enjoy easy access to Charlotte, but feel like you are far from the chaos of the city in this centrally located haven. There is a hot tub with lakefront views for use by our guests. The house is Waterfront and has 5 adult kayaks, 4 kid size kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and life jackets of various sizes for use as well. You can also swim and fish off the dock. Please check NC fishing laws. There is a marina located directly across the lake from the house that you can rent a pontoon boat from. There is outdoor patio, perfect for watching sunsets and roasting smore's.

We had a great stay at this lake property. Beautiful area on the lake. Very relaxing! The suite was very nice, clean, and very well equipped. It has a great divided king bed with separate controls. Very comfortable. Contact with the host was very quick. We highly recommend.
