Ample kitchen supplies, all the pots and pans and utensils that we needed for cooking in. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Excellent location for South End restaurants, bars, and the rail trail. Owner was responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Kevin was an incredible host and very communicative! The natural light was stunning, and the inside was even more cozy and comfortable than the pictures showed. Amazing place!

Check in was easy, there was plenty of parking, and it is close to downtown Charlotte. Now the bad when we arrived there was a dirty wine glass left on the back patio, amd a used bar of soap in the shower. There was also no coffee in the house which there has been with every stay I've ever had.
