At the end of the hallway, you’ll discover a spacious and bright living room with a comfortable sofa-bed, a large Smart TV, a dining table, and a second balcony with views. The entire space is thoughtfully designed with a modern and functional aesthetic.
The apartment’s location is exceptional: only a three-minute walk from the Cathedral, the Royal Alcázar, and other major landmarks. A car is not necessary to fully enjoy the charm of Seville.
Access to the elevator requires going up a short flight of stairs beforehand.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
