Your Newland adventure begins at this wonderful log cabin. Nestled along the Linville River, this adorable property offers a perfect retreat in a park like setting. The cozy bedroom features a queen bed with 2 additional twin beds in the sleeping loft. With amenities like WiFi, washer-dryer, TV, AC, and heating with a fireplace , you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom boasts a refreshing shower. Plus, there is a queen sofa bed for extra space. We think our place will help you experience everything Newland has to offer. Swim, fish or canoe in the beautiful Linville River. Dine at the nearby restaurants or cook in our equipped kitchen. Hike the mountain trails or visit nearby Linville Falls. Close to the Blue Ridge parkway, Sugar Mountain and Linville Caverns.

Property and cabin were just as described and had pretty much everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The only reason for one less star overall was that we wished the covered porch had better seating, even cushions for the chairs would help to make spending more time there enjoyable. Also the messy lot between this cabin and the river was a bit unsightly, but is probably temporary due to construction. Nothing to stop us from coming back to the beautiful mountain views and quiet area away from the busier tourist spots.
