    This hotel is worst hotel in my life time experience. 1 lift is not working and one is working. but yesterday night both were not working. I go upside in 16th floor by walk. Having issue of water in bathroom , complained 2 time , nobody care. I used only 1 bracelate so when came my guest , i ask 2nd bracelate for my guest to go to my room so receptionist says , somebody already used it. if i ahd not use how anybody else can use it. I paid for 2 person breakfast , it need to be used. This is worst hotel in my understanding.

    With the location of this hotel, there is potential. Only 1 out of the 2 Elevators was working, so room travel was slower. There is only a snack bar on location; No other food source. There was a free Breakfast, but it was definitely low caliber.( But, the staff did very well with trying to help everyone). The one Elevator that was working really could have used a cleaning once in a while ( Same rug not cleaned in 5 days) Room was very basic, but roomy and clean.
