    We stayed at Hotel Omnium for 3 nights in early June. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, especially thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel welcome throughout. A nice touch was the lounge area, where you could enjoy free coffee, water, and small sweets during the day. We also appreciated that items like cutlery and slippers could be borrowed for the room. Our double room was of average size—comfortable, though not particularly spacious—and included a small terrace. However, the hotel is not very well soundproofed, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and from above, especially at night. During our stay, guests above us were talking and drinking late on their terrace, which unfortunately carried quite clearly into our room. There is also a rule that the terrace cannot be used after 10 PM. While understandable, it did not always seem to be consistently followed or enforced. One downside was that the elevator was out of service for a couple of days, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the overall layout of the hotel feels a bit unusual. In some areas, such as the basement level, the atmosphere is quite dark, and the view is limited to a wall, which makes the space feel less inviting. In terms of value, we found the price relatively high for what is offered. This may be due to the season and local events, but it still felt somewhat expensive. The city tax is not included and must be paid separately. We were also a bit surprised that borrowing a beach towel costs extra charge. All in all, while there are some nice touches and the staff are great, we feel there are better value options available in this area.

    We had a really comfortable stay here. The highlight was Fabio who very kindly sorted out an unfortunate mess I got into. His initiative really made a difference in my day! 10/10 would recommend.
