The location is about a 12 to 15-minute walk from Tennoji Station, which is very convenient since it is only 2 or 3 stops away from Namba. The entire structure is dedicated to guest rooms, operating exactly like a hotel but without a physical reception desk. The Good: • Luggage Drop: You can leave your bags in the lobby area before you check in if you want. Just make sure not to leave any important belongings, as all guests have access to that room. • Free Amenities: On the first floor (the ground floor if you are from the UK), there are two large chests of drawers where you can grab free earplugs, slippers, and toothbrushes. • Laundry & Bathroom: There is a toilet room and a separate bathroom equipped with a washing machine. You can easily dry your clothes after a wash either on the balcony or directly inside the room where the bathtub is, using a button specifically designed to dry clothes. • Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with almost everything you need, though the only things missing were drinking glasses.

• Noise & Light: I really loved this property until we actually went to sleep. My only true complaint is that it was far too noisy that night due to lots of trucks, ambulances, and police sirens. Furthermore, the curtains installed in the bedrooms did not cover the windows completely. Between the street noise outside and the early morning light shining in, we didn't sleep well at all. • Privacy Issues: We booked a quadruple room for 3 adults (a couple and our brother-in-law). To be honest, while the room itself was okay, it did not offer enough privacy because the door separating the two bedrooms was just a sliding door.

ホテルの入口の解錠の手順が「暗証番号→呼び出し」とメールでは書いてありましたが、正確には手順が逆で「呼び出し→暗証番号」だったため少し手間取りました。 部屋は全体的に綺麗でしたが、ベッドのヘッドレストに前のお客さんのコンタクトレンズが乾いた物がそのまま放置されていて気持ち悪かったです。

空間很大，有很大的鞋櫃區，方便洗衣服且浴室有乾燥功能。 附近有一家Q Mall內有大超市可以採買。

衣架有點少，廚房用具沒有剪刀跟鍋蓋，離天王寺站有點距離大概十分鐘。
