It was walking distance to town.
The price was high for the type of room. I was disappointed in Booking.com for hiking the price up.

Quiet spot in a quiet little town. Comfortable bed. Friendly, attentive staff.
We did not get a cabin although we reserved 2 months in advance and, going by the name, expected one - our room was in a 4-unit building. Heater had no way to set the temperature (staff brought a different one). Microwave was quite unintuitive (and we've seen hundreds): needs instructions! Rooms in the Black Hills seem to be in short supply during peak season, so reserve early.
