Great location, within 20 min or less from the city center. It is located in a quiet street but very close to several attractions, which is a big plus. The host was very nice, he allowed me to store my luggage and gave me the keys to the house well before check-in time. He also suggested a place to store my things on the departure day (and quickly responded to my every demand). The kitchen is very well equiped (only lacks an oven and dishwasher). Toiletries are provided in the bathroom, which has a washing machine. The couch and bed were very confortable, and there is AC.
Although the street was quiet, you could hear everything from the outside, since the soundproofing was bad. Furthermore, despite the AC, the bedroom in particular was very hot. Also, the cleanliness could be improved.
Minor stuff: there were no spatulas in the kitchen, nor a dishcloth or kitchen towel. Also, the door locker seemed a bit fragile, maybe it needs to be replaced.

La ubicación es muy buena y pese a estar en el centro es una calle con poco ruido porque no hay negocios en los bajos. Tiene cerca un supermercado, el corte inglés, taxis, etc
No se cogían los canales en la tele, pero estando en Sevilla lo mejor es ver Sevilla!
