La ubicación y comodidad de las camas. También la practicidad para el ingreso. Los enseres necesarios para la comodidad durante la estancia en el lugar. Un detalle importante es contar con condimentos y vajilla completa para preparar comidas en la amplia cocina que dispone el apartamento. Esta muy bien ubicado.
Es un apartamento un poco oscuro y friolento. Eso si, fácil de ambientar ya que dispone de aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes. No cuenta con horno.

As comodidades e a limpeza.
A porta trancava automaticamente, mas não havia uma tranca manual por dentro. Quando se tocava na porta ela abria naturalmente. Dava a sensação de insegurança, porque era um rés do chão. No entanto nada aconteceu, parece-nos um local onde se respirava confiança nas pessoas que andavam na rua.
